Join our team as a Sales Representative in Kellogg  Colombia (Cali) . You will be Responsible to Analyze and comprehend information, dynamics and needs in order to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including ASR, Wholesalers, Distributors and Modern Trade). Ensure a flawless execution at POS (point of sales) of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution procedure (KWOW). Provides insight around categories performance and shoppers.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?


In this role, you will be part of our success by:

Identify opportunities to increase the rotation of products at point of sale:

  • Together with other business areas, identify opportunities by category and channel, their territory in the CORE (share, inv. asset depletion, mixing and performance scanner) customers.
  • To visit the premises of their customers (offices, distribution centers and RE) to find opportunities to improve the rotation of our products.
  • To give feedback commercial activities in POS (competition, launches, OOS, etc.) to improve decision-making.

Sales bargaining and to achieve goals:

  • Trading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each of their accounts (Wholeslaers, DSDD, ASR)
  • Monitoring of compliance with billing for sales targets in their territory.
  • Perform business reviews with customers in their territory.
  • To strengthen the business relationship with their customers.

POS implementation:

  • To ensure the implementation of the business plan of the company / channel / business environment in the territory POS charge.
  • To monitor progress of the implementation of activities to generate demand (through reports generated for consultation).
  • To generate good business relationship with the managers of the different business environments to increase the participation of categories in which it participates.

Leadership:

  • Align priorities and initiatives by Retail Environment with the merchandiser’s agency
  • Identify development opportunities for external merchandisers to solicit the agency training programs for them

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • +1 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Desirable).
  • Specific Experience Managing: Field sales and Third party merchandising.
  • People manager experience: Not required.
  • Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, HFS Channels (Wholesalers, distributors) and Key customers across geographies. (Desirable).
  • Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
  • Fully English and Spanish Proficient (Desirable)
